We do not play the numbers game at Bertie! Quality will not be sacrificed! Course numbers are restricted on a first come basis.
Thank you for taking an interest in Bertie Dog Training. We are a family run club based at Oadby United Reform Church, Rosemead Drive, Oadby, LE2 5SF Click for map Leicestershire (UK). We are a non profit making organisation. We offer a variety of classes for people with and without experience, as well as children. If you are disabled or wheel chair bound there is easy access to the club. Alternatively a home visit can be arranged. (This service is nationwide).
We Offer support in the following areas:

Our Philosophy: We are a unique dog club with a truly diverse range of services and aim to provide quality training to all our members/clients, from all disciplines. We believe in starting early - Puppies are usually most receptive between the ages of 4 to 12 weeks and can have adult brain waves even as early as 7 weeks old, therefore early intervention is crucial. We Guide- We Nurture - We Teach- We succeed Always with a non-pressured approach and a smile. "I wish I had come across Bertie Dog Training Club 20 Years ago" said Mr. and Mrs. Wren - August 2000.

At Bertie you start off in the Nursery and finish off at the University (see below!!)
WARNING! Bertie Dog Training Club strongly recommends that your dog is vaccinated against Kennel Cough prior to bringing him/her to the club. If you believe your dog has got Kennel Cough, please consult your vet for advice before bringing the dog to the club.
Members are also warned against applying methods they observe on all television programmes which in most cases will not be suitable to the age or breed of your dog. In the vast majority of cases all your dog will require is understanding and time to assimilate the methods of training you will learn at our club. Prepare your self to nurture and guide your dog to success. In the worst case scenario if your dog presents challenging or aggressive behaviour then please ask for help and advice and we will point you in the right direction. Ebay
