Safety
For your own safety please do not approach and bend over other peoples dogs, or attempt to stroke them without prior permission. Dogs are often frightened by full on eye contact and a wagging tail does not always signify a friendly dog.
Similarly please refrain from allowing dogs to meet without prior permission from owners.
Members are also reminded not to follow/apply methods of dog training, correction or rehabilitation as the potential for harm to you, your dog, family members and friends is far greater than the benefits that are to be had.
Please also be wary of any gadgets you use as without the correct use problems can arise. If in doubt please ask for advice.
Refund
Once you have booked a place on our courses a refund will not be forthcoming as our numbers are restricted to ensure quality training. We will however consider all cases on merit.
In extreme circumstances a place may be offered on subsequent courses at the discretion of our trainers.
All clients are reminded to read the policy on refund and cancellation for home visits and club courses.
